To best serve our customers throughout the world, we offer various regions where a server can be provisioned. Inside this article, you'll find more information on the regions that we can provision your account in and any pricing changes that may apply.

If you'd like your account provisioned in a different region or have any further questions about regions, our support team is always happy to assist you.

Available Tier 1 Regions

These regions are available at the standard pricing for all VPS and Enterprise plans.

  • US East (Virginia) (Default Region)
  • US East (Ohio)
  • US West (Oregon)

Available Tier 2 Regions (Additional Costs Apply)

The following regions are available for an additional monthly fee.

  • US West (N. California)
  • Canada (Central)
  • EU (Ireland)
  • EU (Frankfurt)
  • EU (London)
  • EU (Paris)
  • Asia Pacific (Mumbai)
  • Asia Pacific (Singapore)
  • Asia Pacific (Tokyo)
  • Asia Pacific (Sydney)
  • South America (São Paulo)

Tier 2 Region Pricing

Additional monthly prices for Tier 2 regions vary by VPS or Enterprise plan chosen.

These additional charges are to cover for increased Amazon instance & bandwidth costs for the various regions. We just pass the hard costs down.

Additional Nodes

From time to time customers may wish to add additional nodes to their plan.

Ex: t2.medium cache nodes in Tier2 regions.

These are subject to additional monthly fees based on instance type and if provisioned in a Tier 2 region.
