The following article is geared towards our VPS and higher plans. Shared sites are hosted in our Virginia data center and do not have the option relocating web services and backups.
VPS customers have the option to have their servers in either the Frankfurt or Ireland data centers for a nominal fee: Regions Offered & Prices.
We can also ensure all VPS site backups are stored in the S3 region within the same data center where your sites are hosted, giving you compliance with the EU privacy legislation.
If your organization requires specific legal terms, we require the account to have an Enterprise hosting plan. There are additional legal/document fees that may be incurred.
