What is your backup system like? How do I access my backups?

Last Updated -

We provide completely managed and automated nightly backups of all of your files and databases, with a 14 day retention period.

All backups are listed in UTC +0.

Backups are archived in off-site secure storage at Amazon's S3 service, and can be retrieved via Atomic control panel. For VPS and Enterprise users, you may also provide us with your own S3 account's credentials and we can push a second copy each night there as well. For that backup scenario, you can set your own retention period. - Setting up your own S3 account

  1. Log in to your Atomic Hosting Panel.
  2. Select on Apps
  3. Select the Gear (Settings) Icon.
  4. Select App Backups
  5. Select "Retrieve Link" to activate your SQL and Content files (these are time sensitive).
  6. The SQL and Content Arrows should be activated after this (they will turn green).

Please contact our support team if you need to perform a full restore.
