If you need to perform a security scan, we ask that you submit our Security Assessment Request Form as early as possible before the scan. This includes:
- PCI compliance scans.
- Vulnerability assessments.
- Penetration testing.
- Security compliance scans.
- Any other security-related scanning/testing.
The form must be fully completed and signed (typically by the account owner). Failure to to do so would result in your request being denied.
Note: Scanning activity can be a heavy burden on the site being scanned. Because of this, security scans will only be approved on VPS-1 or higher plans.
How Do I Submit My Request Form?
To begin your security scan request, you may submit a ticket to our support team. A member of the Pagely team will then provide you with a link to the security scan request form.
How Soon Should I Submit My Request Form?
If you require a security scan, please submit the form at least 1 week before the scanning will take place. Requests can be submitted up to 90 days before the scan is scheduled to take place.
When Will My Request Be Approved?
Upon submitting the Security Assessment Request Form, please allow up to 3-5 business days for the Pagely team to assess your request and respond with further information.
Ongoing Security Scans
If you require ongoing security scans, please submit a new request once per quarter.
