Depending on whether you have access to your MFA device, you can begin the removal of MFA from the login page, or, from your Atomic settings.
Disabling with Access to MFA Device
- Begin by logging in to the Atomic control panel.
- On the top right of the page, click on the My Settings button.
- You'll now be sent to your account's settings page. To manage your multi-factor authentication settings, click on the Security tab.
- Once within the Multi-Factor Authentication page, select Disable MFA.
- Enter your MFA code and select Verify and Disable.
Disabling without Access to MFA Device
- Visit the Atomic login help page.
Note: Select the Trouble logging in? link if you’re already viewing the Atomic login.
- Select Disable 2-Factor Authentication.
- Enter the email address used for your Atomic account, then select Reset Multi-Factor Authentication.
- Check for an email from noreply@pagely.com and follow the link.
- Enter your Atomic login password, then select Disable Multi-Factor Authentication.
- You should see a message confirming MFA has been disabled with a link to return to the Atomic login page.
