Performing security scans on your Pagely hosted site

If you need to perform a security scan (including PCI scans, vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, security compliance or other terms) on your Pagely hosted site you will need to fill out the Security Assessment Request Form and submit it to us via support.pagely.com at least 1 week before the scanning is set to take place. We will follow up with you within 3-5 business days informing you if the request has been approved or not.
You can request a security scan for up to 90 days prior to the scan. If you are going to have ongoing security scans, the form should be submitted once per quarter.
The form must be filled out and signed (typically by the account owner). Failure to to do so would mean your request will be denied.
Please note that scanning activity can be a heavy burden on the site being scanned, so any scanning will only be approved for VPS-1 or higher plans.
