We recognize that moving to newer PHP versions can be challenging because of compatibility issues or particular use cases. To support longer transitions, we offer a specialized add-on for customers that provides Long-Term Support (LTS) for PHP versions 7.4 or newer.
How to Purchase the PHP LTS Add-on:
- Start by logging into Atomic.
- From the left-side menu, select Apps.
- Select the desired app from the list.
- Under Tools, click on PHP Version.
- Select the option to Purchase Long Term PHP Support.
- Review and Confirm the monthly add-on cost.
You should now see "Long Term Support" options available to select in your PHP Version settings.
