Support Hours
Our support team is most active 9:00AM - 8:00PM MST, Monday through Friday. During these hours you're almost guaranteed to get a response within one hour.
If you happen to run into concern outside of our peak support times, we do also provide international/overnight support 24/7.
Submitting a Support Ticket
The primary preferred method of support is via ticket. Due to the complexity of some requests, it's recommended that you submit a support ticket for requests that you may have.
To submit a support ticket, follow these steps:
- Begin by logging into the Atomic control panel.
- Next, access the Support page by clicking on Support on the left side menu.
- You'll now be presented with the ticket submission form.
When submitting a ticket, be sure to include any information that might be needed to answer your question or resolve your issue. This includes things like:
- A full description of your concern.
- If applicable, steps to reproduce the issue.
- Any other information that might help resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
Chatting with Our Support Team
For addressing urgent issues, we also offer support via live chat. Our live chat support is available 24/7.
While we're always happy to assist you with any questions or issues that may arise, we do ask that you only utilize live chat for things that require immediate attention.
To access live chat, follow these steps:
- Begin by logging into the Atomic control panel.
- From the left side menu, click on Support.
- Within the main support page, scroll down to the bottom and click on the Live Chat button.
When initiating a live chat session, be sure to include a detail description of your concern inside the Subject field of the chat window so that our support team can best assist you.
Additional Support Options
Additionally, a dedicated Slack channel is a third option customers can purchase as another direct link to our core team. These can be configured with a Custom Monitoring Node for greater intel into the status of your VPS.
