For security purposes, we always recommend that you never share credentials or other sensitive information over plain text. In this article, we'll show you how to securely share information with the Pagely Support team.
Note: For sharing less-sensitive information in broader collaboration with Pagely Support, and other Atomic users, use the Shared Notes feature.
Submitting Secure Notes
- Start by logging into the Atomic control panel.
- On the left side of the page, click on Support.
- From the main Support page, access the Secure Notes tab.
- Inside this tab, you'll see fields in which you can use to securely share usernames, passwords, or any other sensitive information that you need to share with our team.
